Purpose & Vision
The Liberty Leadership Institute exists to serve those in the marketplace in the public and private sectors who are called to significantly serve God and honor Him with their resources (time, talent, and treasure) to fulfill Kingdom purposes to change lives, communities, and the world for Jesus Christ. We call these individuals KINGDOM BUILDERS.
Our Approach
Liberty Leadership Institute will utilize a combination of structured large group sessions (workshops), along with team and individual coaching sessions or groups, to challenge, teach, and develop Kingdom Builders so that they are driven and empowered to leave a legacy. Whether the Kingdom Builders run an organization of one, five, a hundred or a thousand, they will find significant value with the content delivered and the relationships built.
Workshops
The Workshops will be structured to repeat in theme and format on an annual basis with 10 Workshops over a 12 month period. It is envisioned that the delivered content will be broad and deep enough to appeal to the vast majority of Kingdom Builders regardless of knowledge and experience level. It is anticipated that the summit and workshop themes will repeat year to year, but the content will continually be updated to provide fresh insights for Kingdom Builders that participate every year.

Join Liberty Leadership Institute and Dr. Jeffrey Ganthner for their first Spring Symposium, a half-day experience designed for leaders and entrepreneurs. This event includes breakfast and practical sessions focused on servant leadership in the workplace, emotional intelligence, and building a business plan in just 60 minutes. Attendees are encouraged to complete a free Behavior and Value Assessment through Life Thrive in advance to maximize the emotional intelligence session.
